This Supplemental Disclosure for California Residents (“Disclosure”) supplements our Global Privacy Notice (“Notice”) by providing additional information about how Viatris, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Viatris,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us”) process Personal Data relating to California residents, unless such processing occurs solely outside of California. We strongly encourage you to read in full our Notice in addition to this Disclosure.
In the event of a conflict between the Notice and this Disclosure, the Disclosure shall control with respect to our processing of Personal Data relating to California residents (unless such processing occurs solely outside of California). Otherwise the Notice shall control.
The Disclosure does not describe how we process Personal Data on behalf of other businesses, in which case we would act as a “service provider” under California law. The Disclosure also does not describe how we process de-identified or aggregated data, as those terms are defined under California law.
