Andrew Enrietti is the Chief People Officer of Viatris, where he oversees the strategy and execution of the HR functions. He has been with Viatris and its legacy company, Mylan, since 2016 and has led the Human Relations organization since November 2020. He is also responsible for the company’s global workplaces, real estate and corporate aviation functions.
Andrew is a dynamic, visionary leader known for building strong relationships and bringing clarity to complex and challenging business situations through robust strategic thinking and problem solving along with deep knowledge of the business. With experience across the spectrum of financial services, M&A, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee experience and total rewards, he plays a pivotal role in supporting the Board of Directors and the senior executive leadership team in achieving business objectives and driving organizational success.
He previously served as Mylan’s Head of Global Total Rewards & HR M&A, with responsibilities that included the design, development and implementation of the company’s global compensation and equity programs, employee benefit programs and oversight of benefit activities related to corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, which provided the opportunity for him to lead the HR diligence and integration for the merger between Mylan and Upjohn. Prior to joining the company, Andrew was a financial consultant for a boutique financial services firm where he served as a consultant to Mylan’s HR organization from 2013 to 2016.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and management from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania. He also completed the Viatris Executive Leadership Academy at Harvard Business School.
